Study of 7 different user groups.
Goal of creating these cases was to show companies and public figures how to get good ideas just by listening how users with different needs perceive their product or service.
I collected data from users´ everyday life and based on user scenarios, I defined product proposals that are accessible and convienent to use for everyone.
