Restaurante Spuntino

In the Alameda Gateway project, Monjaraz Serrano Arquitectos, is located the new branch of the Italo-Argentine restaurant Spuntino. For the interior design of this new space in the historic center of Mexico City, the architects Juan Pablo Serrano and Rafael Monjaraz in collaboration with Edgar Velasco de r-zero studio, decided to respect the nobility of space and delicious sidewalk terrace, incorporating the contact
of the busy urban streets with the art of the process of preparing food.

Stresses the ceiling made of wooden planks, in a rectilinear pattern traverses the space, creating delicious prospects. In contrast on the floor, put a cement slab with a retro design press manufactured by Streaky Sky. The lightness of the panel is complemented by the drawing of the floor giving a wealth of shapes and textures in space.
