Magazine Ad

Branding was the primary goal in the design of this ad. The company name and logo are featured prominently and repeatedly throughout these 3 pages. Also the Jaqua red is the dominant color used. The actual homes are important, however showing the large volume and range of Jaqua Lakeshore listings is more important than the individual details. The homes feature a picture & brief summary and include details of who to contact if more information is wanted. The ad also includes the shoreline offices contact information multiple times for convenience.
The 3rd page also features an easy to read advertisement of all the features offered by the jaqua Realtor lakeshore office. By including this half page of information the target market now includes buyers, sellers and the vacation rental market.
