4" x 5" Pinhole Series, 2002. An exploration into ordinary images created in conjunction with a piece of broken mirror, a deck of cards, a marble and the format and surreal effect that is achieved capturing these images with a large format pinhole camera and negatives made of black and white matte photo paper. Exposures were about 1.5 minutes on average and camera had to be completely still. The camera had an f-stop of around 210, hence the good detail, but needed long exposures and immediate access to the photo lab.
