As the lead UX/UI strategist for cPanels online presence I led the 2021 purchase process strategy and design for cPanel, the largest server management software in the world.
Challenge:
Increase B2B2C sales through an effective e-commerce platform. Develop a strategic overview and design for the cPanel’s homegrown e-commerce platform that would provide an optimum user experience and be able to connect efficiently across back-end systems, complex software, customer service, and multiple web properties.
