This is a wireframe from a project I pitched and contributed with at Cincinnati's Startup Weekend- Women's Edition. The app is called Street Sidekick and will give you a map showing areas to avoid based on anonymous tips and police reports. It will also offer alternate routes, allow loved ones to follow your trip to ensure you are safe, and allow for you to send out an alert to contacts you add as well as to the police. My team not only won audience pick for best idea, but also best idea overall by some wonderful and inspiring women who acted as judges for the event.
