12-13 Season Ticket brochure cover

The season ticket brochure is the single most important marketing printed piece this organization does all year. It's the bible for patrons to select their concerts, and contains all the information they need to make a purchase. It is specifically marketed toward single-ticket buyers, who are a more casual audience than die-hard subscribers. Ergo, the casual buyer needs more marketing pizzazz, which we sought to achieve with a dreamy fantasy image of one of our violinists in a pool. (Not a professional model)
I helped our violinist go shopping for a dress, asked and received it gratis from the department store, hired a hair/make-up artist, scouted the pool location of an Orchestra patron, and attended the shoot with a tiny team.
After receiving the raw image from the photographer, I cleaned up all background elements, evened her skin and dress, and boosted saturation throughout.
This image was used as a hero image for the 2012-13 season campaign.
