Vegetable Peeler/Scraper in Bamboo - Simple Product Design
Simple Product Design was our first Design project, at the end of our 1st year in Product Design. I chose a vegetable peeler/scraper and redesigned it as a craft product made in bamboo. Such a product could be seen as an opportunity in the craft sector as a self sustaining product that comes out of waste bamboo (since the amount of material is very little) and it could be among a set of other such products that could be locally made and sold, or else seen in a commercial scenario where craftsmen could be employed.
