Branch 27: Restaurant and Multi-Unit Residential project.
Location: 1371 West Chicago Avenue Chicago, IL
Natinsky Group: Completed project 2009
Team Size: 3 (including property owner and contracted architect)
Personal Responsibilities: Interior design.

First floor restaurant:
-Develop entry, front bar, seating and waiting area. In addition to the entry and bar area,
-Design inviting and attention-getting steel windows, doors, and transoms to update exterior facade while paying homage to the building's history and create the feeling of outdoor eating.
-Elevate existing cad plans for dining areas and include the selected materials and furniture for investor presentations and funding.

Second floor multiple unit residential:
-Site measurements
-Kitchen and bath design, plans, and elevations
-Electrical plans and elevations.

Restaurant full-service bar - Includes dark stained wood custom built in cabinetry, storage, and shelving, with wait staff access from service station and dining area on the other side of the wall behind.

Building Exterior - Custom window, door and transom for updated facade. Some details were simplified during construction.

Building Exterior Elevation- Custom movable windows for updated facade, as designed. City of Chicago permits would not allow for outdoor seating. Windows were designed to easily open without interrupting diners, and create the feeling of outdoor dining.
