Etsy hand-made shop graphics - Banner, logo, hang tag, thank you card, and business card for my Etsy shop - Decay Crochet. I chose the word "decay" because it's more indicative of my personality. So much is lost when an item is made in mass and hustled by demographic. I think hand-made items are truly special, unique and human. When I can, I use salvaged, recycled, hand-spun, organic, natural and/or sustainable materials to try to help keep our pretty little world from decaying.

Decay Crochet - 2012-2014

Ever-evolving Etsy store: Decay Crochet.
Opened: 2012

All products are hand-made by me. Most are made-to-order and custom. I am also responsible for the shop branding and graphics.

When I don't use my hands enough, I feel creatively stifled. I started this shop to achieve something creatively fulfilling that will allow me to ditch the computer (sometimes), be more free of the grind, and allow broader access to my work.

I chose the word "Decay" because it is indicative of my personality and aesthetic tastes. I also feel much is lost with so much made in mass, by machines and hustled by demographic. I think hand-made items are truly special and unique. When I can, I use re purposed, salvaged, recycled, hand-spun, organic, natural and/or sustainable, and fair-trade materials to try to help keep this pretty little world from decaying in its various ways.

This shop's aim is to provide a broad access to well-made items created carefully out of quality materials for accessible prices.
