They requested that SJV propose multiple base options that would allow for cable and electrical to run up to center grommets within the table. Due to the width and length of the table and the typical size of asem slabs, multiple slabs would be required. Proposed leaving the both live edges in tact, and creating a center channel with metal or resin to run cables through and place grommets within.

Proposed various versions, including value engineered options, and it was determined that cost was out of budget. SJV sourced copper presses from Bali, Indonesia. from which the client selected six. Presses were then framed by others prior to installation.
