• Administer and coordinate preventive measures, maintenance and equipment replacement. Collaborate with 3 new productions (Amaluna, Totem, OVO) and fifteen international transfers.
• Plan and organize the tent cleaning operations on-site or off-site for all 6 tours. Manage and control an annual budget of $ 900k.
• Inventory and classify surpluses of equipment stored in the warehouse-store (area of 120k ft2).
• Support the implementation of strategic planning by establishing guidelines, procedures, budgets, schedules, inventories and working methods.
• Develop, implement and monitor a welding inspection program (infrastructure).
