When Evolution wanted to update their Reciprocating saw offering it came to me to develop fresh bodywork with Evolution signature design elements to fit sourced components. I developed a new front end handle with a unique brim to protect the user's thumbs from the mechanism's moving parts up front. I added an LED work light and ergonomic grip area to suit.
This saw features a rear handle that rotates 180° to provide a comfortable grip for different cutting positions and also a variable speed trigger with lock-on function for convenience.
