This is a proposal for a plug-in Eco-city in the near future (2030). Like swarm theory, local conditions set constraints in a script (Evolver) that generates spaces according to program needs yet maintaining specific universal relationships between these spaces based on a life-cycle that is self-sustainable. This idea was inspired by Arakawa and Gin's Reversible Destiny Theory.
