Residential Building with underground parking two levels down accessible by car elevators.
It has ventilated facade , instead of panels it has the possibility
to incorporate solar panels ,thus having effect on the facade design and
collecting electricity.The building has residential gym, washing, laundry
facilities and game rooms on the ground floor for the residents.
On the roof the building has three parks for relaxation.
