Office Highrise
This is an office highrise that I designed for the commercial half of the Space Planning course. The lobby level is two stories with shops, reataurants, and an art gallery. Level 2 has offices around a shared computer lab. I custom designed the corner sofa for the waiting area in the Real Estate Developer's office to go with the curved profile of the partition wall.
