Microsoft HoloLens was the first mixed reality headset that blended volumetric, life-like augmented reality with the environment around you. A revolutionary tech product in a nascent space that very few people could imagine -- figuring out how to describe it while helping people take the leap to imagine why and how they could use it was a hard problem to solve. We did it with a mix of real-world customer stories, developer-ready resources, and creative-yet-grounded storytelling. I wrote all copy libraries and managed editorial consistency through web, email, and social media.
