Landscape design for a family in Mesa. They received a preliminary drawing, then cut all contact and went on to landscape their yard using the preliminary drawing. I no longer release any drawings without deposits. Sad that there are people like this.

Trash to Treasure! I made this urban loft style bed from two discarded junk yard headboard finds. Originally in pretty bad shape, not to mention wrong size and height for my project. Using 2x4s, 1x4s and a couple 2x6s, I was able to turn this one time trash into a new, very usable bed. Plan, measure, measure, cut, drill, screw, glue, sand, lots of sanding, lots of patience, stain and now it's done.

Clubhouse Gym Design - Completed. Well, almost completed. This is the only project of mine that I was completely detached from once the design was selected. The builder actually made all the final decisions on finishes, from the paint color to the location of the trim, based off my design. Initially the wood chair rail around the room was intended for stretching, and the metallic commercial wallpaper was selected for the lower portion of the wall for it's durability, longevity and easy cleaning features. As you can see in the after photos, the builder ran the lime green paint to the baseboards which will show dirt quickly. However, the overall energy of the room has been greatly improved and I'm proud to be the clubhouse gym designer for a gated community of over 350 homes. Residents are only waiting on new gym equipment to arrive to complete the transformation. Design by Stephanie Piegzik 2014

Water feature and living wall installation. Crew re-positioned water feature more than once. Could not get it level to enable the water flow evenly over lip of pot. Frustration was mounting. I had an idea.
My suggestion: take some fine sandpaper to the edge of the pot that was a bit high. You can see the high spot really well in this photo. The sandpaper trick worked!! Love solutions!
