Winville residence_renovation_2015
An exciting renovation started in early 2015.
the project in the beginning was about reusing void above the living room for a bigger kids bedroom. but then the client ask for the other rooms to be renovated as well. along the way, the project became fully renovated from all over the building part.
considering the existing house have so many physical layout constraint, excpet for the common areas : living-dining-pantry and lawn, most of the room layout cannot really integrated in more economic ways.
the design was then decided to have so many different stories to be told in each rooms.
