Deliverables included design for sign in, merge/link flows and account management systems. Additional credit includes Plaxo.

Target audience skews female. CIM creative teams and outside vendors were used to complete the project in its entirety.

XFINITY Connect - Concept and re-design the XFINITY Connect online experience in alignment with the XFINITY brand while meeting white label development requirements. Consider overarching UX, interaction, visual attributes and metaphors, voice and nomenclature, motion and other UX areas. Drive CIM UX team responsible for homepage, email, voice and preference redesign in multi-development team agile environment—and provide high-level direction to the Plaxo UX team responsible for address book and calendar.
