The Apartment Hotel is a part of a Tourist Complex composed of 10 Apartment Hotel Units with unique location, between the beautiful Black Sea coastline and the Strandzha Mountain.
The Apartment Hotel is composed of 10 six level apartment units and offers 306 apartments in total.
The orientation of the Apartment Hotel allows views towards the sea and offers unobstructed pedestrian access to the beach. Natural materials, such as wood and stone cladding are used. The ground level has a dark stone cladding. The colour of the wood covering of the walls varies from dark brown at the bottom to ochre at the top. The railings of the balconies are made of semi-transparent glass in different colours.
