Hostile Takeover Feminism
I was inspired greatly by a series of underground newspapers from the early 1970's, when a group of radical feminists took over the alternative press publication The Rat and turned it into a feminist periodical. I fell in love with the take-no-prisoners attitude of feminism during this period and I wanted to experiment with the dichotomy between two letters I found, one pro- and one anti-feminism, placed together on a series of posters. It's hostile takeover-style feminism, and I love it.
