A personal project for which I employed disused card paper to build a miniature castle with several moving parts (namely gates and doors). Made entirely by hand and took around two weeks from start to completion.
This paper mache model was created as part of a 'Best out of Waste' competition for which I secured the first place. The internal structure of the model consists of newspaper covered with layers of paper mache. The whole project took two days, including time taken for drying.
Personal project that involved making a children's toy. The aforementioned features minuscule 'scenes' that change when the toy is rotated. The scenes were inspired by the elements of earth, air, water and fire.
Classroom Project : Design Tools We had to make a scaled model of any product. Product assigned to me was an adaptor. The 1:1 scaled model was made from thick card-sheet and cardboard. It is composed of 3 individual components that fit snugly together, closely resembling the actual plastic model.
