At Sterling Edge Industrial Cutting, where I serve as in-house designer and Director of Laser Operations, I developed a flat-pack storage system for six power drills, a handheld saw, and integrated charging, optimized for shop workflow and quick access. Designed in Shapr3D and produced via CNC laser cutting, it uses tool-less, fastener-free assembly to speed setup, boost portability, and reduce material use
