This clock radio is visualized with a concept of luxury.
As a first design step, from the identified major components, I evaluated configuration options using sketch models.
In the course of its evaluation, I found the key idea “A clock radio like a photo stand”. Based on the key idea, I kept exploring more efficient components layout, usability and impressive form. I selected two models that I felt the possibilities to be the best among those configuration models.
After verification, I decided to combine two models and I made final model. And I suggest new button and switch layouts. The dial on the right of the body was inspired by a crown of watch. Pulling the main knob, it enters the adjust mode. Rotating the main knob, you can select the menu. To confirm, you press the button above the main knob. The button below the main knob is used for canceling the order.
At the last, exploring the exterior options to be attractive, I drew some 2D renderings. I selected two exterior variations and I modeled those by Rhinoceros and rendered by KeyShot for appealing more in detail and clear.

For easy operation, I suggest new button and switch layouts. The dial on the right of the body was inspired by a crown of watch.
