Retrofit Instruction Sheet - This double-sided ledger sized image was created to send electronically to users worldwide. Printers around the world use different sizes of paper; our document parameters considered this. Again wordless, the aim was to communicate how to install the retrofit part clearly to an international clientele.
This document won the Society for Technical Communications, Philadelphia Metro Chapter (STC-PMC) Award of Merit in 2007.
