Graphics With Unique Format - I passed over hundreds of POP while looking for simple graphics instead, but I thought this one was kind of unique in that I wanted to lace the graphic into the modular units, mirroring the iconography of the glove, fencing, and other motifs of the sport. As with nearly all conceptual designs I do, the graphics are assembled from diverse sources, mainly bits and pieces from the Rawlings web site, suggested to enhance the utility of the sales platform.

Corporate Sell Sheets - MeadWestvaco Worldwide Communicatiors - Straightforward... I designed this program from the ground up, then we applied the look across the varied corporate needs.
Prime 8' Backwall Image Targeting Water - This image was developed first in high rez for the water multipack campaign, then applied across the packages and repeated into the marketing imagery for cohesive recognition. The packages were shot separately as they were completed, then I attempted to create explosive art to propel the image and liven it up with action. This imagery helped us persuade some very important clients to try our multipacks for water bottles, something which had never been attempted.
8' Large Trade Show Billboard Panel - Huge 8' square banner welcoming guests into the MeadWestvaco trade show. I painted the containers, found a decent stock photo of a woman in an aisle, and photographed the packages at the appropriate angles so I could photo-manipulate them into her cart for a multipack frenzy.
Logo And Collateral Design - I came up with a couple of different Earth Day logos and banner designs for MeadWestvaco, who was very sensitive to their perceived green-ness and liked to print shirts and things to resourcefully create opportunities for their employees to unwittingly market this while going to the grocery store, etc...
Commission Work Tee Concepts - I still have not been to Latvia. Had a roommate with parents from there, but these were for an entrepreneur who married into the culture. These were a lot of fun.
Rendering Of Treasure Concept - Rendering of a concept for DrPepper for a contest featuring Pirates of the Caribbean. I designed a planar plastic shroud using minimal material to achieve a 3-D treasure chest look.
Sample Of Treasure Graphics Completed Full Size - This really fools you convincingly if you see it in person. I was proud of how nice the graphics came out on this one and how closely I was able to build it to match my concept rendering.
FinTech Development - Luckily they did not go with the one I liked, the fin on the laptop (or the bobbing float) but they wanted a fin; that's fine. The laptop would have been positively so 10 years ago now we have smartphones. Shoulda thought about that.
FinTech Development - Looking at this here, I think the watermark detail appears kind of faint because it is so small. I'll break these up eventually... but you can see I went through a lot of iterations for the client. My preference might have been the light watermark fin tip but they went with the larger graphic presence.
FinTech Development - Banner stand options for FinTech, playing off the ovals in the logo.

Moonlight Studios Posters and Invitations - IDSA and ADC events posters/mailers. All concepts, image construction, corny text, etc. was me.

Engagement Party Invitations - They (my wife the "art director" and her friend Maria) eventually went with the slimmer one so it could print 2-up and go into an envelope without a fold.
Web Site Development - I have screen shots of the actual completed site, but CORE is no more, so it's not live. These are too small to do justice, I will have to upload individually.
Concepts - Existing and New Re-design - One of my first production pieces. The advanced design model shown here looks about like the production piece; we were never able to get the crayon scribble to look good with Masterack's pre-digital screenprinting setup. The rest of it I was pretty happy with, and it clobbered the previous years' sales $$$.
In-Aisle Solutions - Usually the store is the one wanting little or no obtrusive kit in the aisle. It would be interesting working from the other side, encouraged to help in way-finding from a top-down position.

Fun Things To Conclude - I liked this girl; we were friends but I was sure she was the one. She had a boyfriend. I couldn't send her flowers so over the course of a year, I designed and made a bouquet of bottle rockets for when she was single. I tried to make them look believable like real bottle rockets, but each very different. The story did not end well, but this labor of love taught me volumes about how photoshop filters work; tricks to achieve effects, etc. There were about 40 different designs.
