While pet sterilization may not be the most pressing social issue, it is certainly something that needs to be taken more seriously. The city of Savannah is a prime example of this, with stray cats and dogs running rampant through the streets. I wanted to design something with plenty of shock value and put it in Savannah’s scenic Forsyth Park.
