the materials I used are acrylic and gouache paint,black and white markers and coloring pencils.
this piece is inspired by the life of the late rapper and songwriter Mac Miller...from his love for instruments to his lovely relationship with Ariana Grande.
the butterfly symbolizes the rebirth and life after death,same for the bird and the dreamy pink whale symbolizes the wisdom and transformation of both life and death and the spiritual connection between the two.
