Here is the first project of my second year at Bournemouth University. The brief was to create a kitchen utensil that was a 'Mover and Shaker'. This just meant that the utensil had to move or shake something. From my research I found that as many as 2000 Americans injure themselves while slicing bagels each year. With the sales and popularity of bagels rapidly increasing in the UK, I decided to create this product for the UK market to prevent any injury while preparing bagels.
