The homepage for the Keck Center prominently features the name and contact information for the current TA. See the live site -- http://keckcenter.chem.wisc.edu
I took photos of all of the instruments housed within the facility and wrote descriptions after researching each instrument. The number of facility users greatly increased after the site was launched because previously very few people knew what resources were available.
I created a scheduling calendar for the most popular instruments that is only accessible to registered users of the site. This page describes how to go about scheduling one of these instruments.
In addition to the website, I created flyers and signs for each instrument and posted them throughout the facility. Some instruments were difficult to identify for first-time users, and the signage improved visibility and compliance with facility rules.
I wrote user guides for the most popular instruments, here's one example.
