New consumer facing website for the Amtrak Guest Rewards program did a much better job of balancing Form and Function. This new UX allowed to quickly change out relevant messaging and offers, as well as, helped us to upsell other ways of earning miles in the program. It visually depicted a persons usage, current balance and collected valuable personal information that would allow us to message and market in a much more relevant manner.

Mobile App developed along side new web experience. Allowed us to use the App as a way to promote yet another benefit of joining the program. Only loyalty members were able to get this App. App featured everything from a GPS tracker to miles meters, games, books and offers for the journey.
