Hull School of Art and Design Year 2 - Withernsea Promenade Intervention
This Project was undertaken as part of my architecture degree during the 2nd year.
The project fitted into a group masterplan in which the whole year group designed a series of interventions along the promenade of Withernsea.
This specific intervention addressed the poor access down to the beach and lack of connection between water and promenade.
The new access derived its form from the groynes, synonomous with Withernsea in order to step down the promenade to the beach.
