A Natural History of the Senses - Part of a book cover design done as a day assignment for school (I had 8 hours to get home, design the cover, get it printed, and deliver it). This makes use of some of my photographs and my old typewriter. The background is a photograph of my red bedsheet.
Personal Illustration - I'd been having a lot of scary dreams about my own death one week. I did this collage as a release from all the crazy stuff that was muddling my head, and the dreams stopped.
Pro-Choice Action Network - PCAN's old website was created by a version of Frontpage which could have been older than I am. Each page took about 30 seconds longer to load than it ought to have because of all the extraneous code Frontpage was generating. I made them this CSS-and-SSI-based solution, which, after a solid month's worth of re-coding, will now allow a new design to be implemented in about, oh, ten minutes.
Youth Explosion - A recent logo created for a youth group who wanted something a little unorthodox -- they were especially interested in graffiti art, and they wanted something to express youth and vibrancy. This is one of my solutions.
Invitations - An invitation and an event card for the Steeleworthy wedding. They wanted "simple, bold, and pretty -- but nothing too flowery", and this is what I gave them. The mango colour tied in with the website I did for them and the flowers the bride was planning to carry.
