Workplace Strategy - Government Client
After a series of site tours, stakeholder interviews, and surveying the entire employee population, I conducted a research analysis to bring Workplace Guideline and Strategy recommendations to the Real Estate team. I then developed a comprehensive Guidelines Document for the team to use in programming their project clients on space types that would best support their business needs, and how progressive the department might be in planning strategy.
