BOACONDA : K2's heel hold fit on the fly - BOACONDA: The evolution to K2's access internal harness system.This system evolved from the many demands trying to fulfill the fit of multiple markets....many pieces of paper thrown into the trash, many cut up samples, pressure points and sharpie marks on my own feet, sweat, tears, and the need for simplicity in an internal harness. Then one day, while watching a co-worker eat Pringles chips...it clicked!

The K2 Lil Kat - K2's first toddler BOA boot, designed with a soft flex and lots of snow frolicking in mind - the goal was to have the young ones be able to put on and tighten their boots by themselves, and always be stoked on snow. My daughter co-developed this boot with me and I have much to thank her for on this particular project
