Site area: 315 square meters
Located in the city centre, this villa has 3 stories and a shallow basement with a facade that has been elaborated with different types of stone.
A staircase was designed in the middle of the building, dividing it into 2 parts. In this way, deviate floor levels between the front part and the back part were built to create more interesting spaces.
Next to the staircase, a patio with tropical plants was installed, giving the adjacent areas such as living room and bedrooms more natural light and green view.
