CEFAN is a University affiliated research chair dedicated to promoting research on French speaking. Studying the brand mission and values as well as its environment, a comprehensive strategy was developed followed by the creation of its visual identity.

The branding strategy and visual identity were created with the principal intent to increase the sense of belonging of its members. In addition giving meaning to its name as the abbreviation CEFAN does not have a specific meaning and is not commonly known. The brand’s positioning therefore dwelled to stimulate, illustrating the energy, support, dynamism and prosperity to its target audience.
