Impress Laundry Service (User Experience + Service Design)
During service systems workshop, four of us students at IIT Institute of Design created a laundry service for busy, driven, urban young professionals. The service offer multiple touch points including pick-up, drop-off kiosk at high rise buildings, an iPhone tracking and account manage app.
