This 7'6" table began as two rough cut live edge wood slabs. The 2" thick slab measures 39" at one end and 43" in width at the other. The slabs were carefully finished displaying the distinctive spatting in the wood. A straight cut on each edge allowed the two slabs to be joined. Inlayed in the center is a cast iron table top which was formerly a tool and dye cast table. The base is artfully constructed of 14 gauge sheet metal and gives the illusion of leaning to one side.
