Oak Creek Plaza Office Building. Austin Texas. - Oak Creek Plaza This building is a 50,000 sq. ft. prime office building. It was designed to attain a LEED Gold Certification. The building features solar shading devices in the East and West elevations, inset windows which will protect the users from direct harsh sunlight, but will still deliver natural light thought the building. The double height lobby with the glass corner design creates a welcoming sensation into this space.
