This was about taking multiple surgical functions—cutting, cautery, smoke—and integrating them into a single, cohesive tool. I focused on making it feel elevated and intuitive for the surgeon, while solving the internal packaging and keeping it aligned with Medtronic’s system. The result was a cleaner workflow and a clearer platform direction.
