Point-of-Care Coagulometer

Perosphere’s broad-spectrum point-of-care (POC) coagulometer is designed to rapidly measure and monitor anticoagulant activity and corresponding reversal agents across drug classes at the patient’s bedside. The system supports time-critical clinical decisions in hospital environments where speed, accuracy, and ease of use are essential.
My Role
Generated concepts, sketches, and surface CAD, with primary responsibility for mechanical architecture and electro-mechanical integration. Designed and developed the user interface, including membrane switches and LED-based feedback systems, aligning physical interaction with device function for intuitive use.
Led development of functional prototypes through iterative builds, supporting system integration, usability refinement, and alignment of mechanical, electrical, and user-interaction components. Contributed to assembly, debugging, and refinement of multiple validated working units.
