A rapid prototyping exercise where a group of students (Scot Bodaly, Heather Lam and Yana Klimava) thought of a moving robot toy, build separate parts in Solidworks 3D printed them and assembled the toy into a working prototype.
Final product of the group effort: a functional moving toy.
A technical drawing of the upper part of Mr. Roboto's arm. Equipped with snap fits, it was toleranced to fit perfectly into Mr. Roboto's body.
