4U is a long-life cellular phone. Its main objective is to please the user by serving his communication needs for as long as possible. To achieve this, 4U challenges the current interface of today’s cell phones. The design focuses on a user’s interaction with his/her phone and emphasizes the everyday actions associated with the object. Yet, 4U reduces the amount of manufactured parts allowing for a simpler production. Its design also lets a user to create a phone that is easily upgraded and customizable, allowing 4U to always be at the edge of technology.
