HAVSNIVA (Sea Level) Chair While climate change is getting severe, cities rapidly expand and population density increases, to keep the awareness of climate change and how to live in the relatively small space are the most important issues in the future living. “Sea Level Chair” is a folding dining chair and made of reinforced polypropylene plastic, which is fully recyclable. The white geometric back simplifies the shape of iceberg, while the blue seat and legs refer to the ocean. The transition from unfold to fold reminds people the rising sea level issue, which is one of the most urgent climate change problem. Besides, the fold state can be hanged on the wall as part of the wall decoration and remain the spatial flexibility. “Sea Level Chair” not only solves the functional problem but further evokes people’s awareness of climate change, which we cannot avoid in the future.
