Collection 1: SEA SIDE HAZE
This collection comprises of a set of shams, throw pillows and a duvet cover or a full bed-set. The main inspiration is drawn is drawn from the sandy beaches that stretch along seas coasts in shades of grey. Elements like the sea shells are taken to add as motifs on the textile surfaces.
As seen in the images above the dissected patterns of the sea shells are repeatedly used to add texture to the surfaces. Natural or raw linen with patterns of subtle stripes were also thrown in to add a mix and match element to the background.
Collection 2: CHASING MEDALLIONS
The inspiration towards this collection is the SUZANI embroidery found in Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and other Central Asian countries. Although originally bright and colourful, a twist of element has been thrown into the collection by using limiting the colour palette to red,black, white and grey.
Leather and raw linen were the primary base of the fabrics over which
the bold Suzani patterns were embroidered with coloured beads.
Collection 3: SOLIDS
The following series of plain cushions sewn out of Tafetta Silk and Silk Velvet were created to throw in a punch of accent colours on basic home furnishing elements.

The following project comprises of a few collections that were produced while working at Daks India, New Delhi. Black Pepper is a luxurious home furnishing brand that comes under Daks India that aims at personifying sophiscated and high-end soft furnishing products.
