Woven Apparel
The project ‘Woven Apparel’ is collection of hand-woven fabrics co-ordinated with non-woven fabric designs based on the erstwhile Indian rural scenario. The inspiration revolves around visual elements such as the color of the food items, the textured fields, the weathered terracotta and the lustrous household utensils. All these images were taken as references to develop a collection of fabrics for the brand Label by Ritu Kumar as a hypothetical classroom project.
