Solo Hand Mixer
The Solo hand mixer was developed during a three week exercise to kick off my senior studio at Georgia Tech. The goal of the project was to quickly design an innovative kitchen utensil or appliance for a specific target market. Through concept development the Solo hand mixer evolved into a product targeted to young people with active “on-the-go” lifestyles. This one-handed mixer is designed for use with either hand, and utilizes simple controls to maximize ease of operation.
