Heavy involvement in overseas development of new concepts, responsible for the design process from hand sketches to physical prototyping in factories. Responsible for spear heading image based projects to position the brands in upper tier footwear categories.

Designing footwear, graphics, packaging, POP, and marketing for multiple licensed brands such as, G-Star, Adio, Bob Marley, Cadillac, and Phat Farm. Head designer for skate shoe brand Adio, and surf brand Bob Marley. Worked on shoes from concept sketch to development, including multiple trips to China to develop uppers, outsoles, and lasts directly with factories.
